Questions
- Is there a setup fee or a contract?
- No. Start on Free, upgrade when you are ready, cancel any time from the app. There is no demo call to book.
- Who counts as a person?
- Anyone who signs in to your company — technicians and office staff alike. Building owners who open a report link do not count.
- What happens if we go over a limit?
- Nothing is lost. Technicians keep recording; the office sees a note to upgrade before adding the next building or person.
- What does the Free mark look like?
- A large, light «Strobeline Free» mark across each PDF page, so the report is still readable. Paid plans remove it from every report from then on.
- Do prices include sales tax?
- Prices are in US dollars. Where sales tax applies it is added at checkout by our payment provider, who handles it as the merchant of record.
- Can we take our records with us?
- Yes. Every company can export all of its buildings, devices and signed reports at any time, on any plan.
