How business days are counted here
The Texas fire alarm rules do not define «business day». This calculator skips Saturdays and Sundays and counts holidays as business days, so the date shown is never later than the rule allows — it may be a day early around a holiday. Check with your AHJ if a deadline falls near a holiday.
This page summarizes the rules for convenience and is not legal advice. Read the current rule text at the Texas Secretary of State or Cornell LII.
These clocks run inside every Strobeline record
Attach a red or yellow label on site and the record shows the deadline and drafts the notice. A person sends it.
